Alarm Response & Key holding takes a very important role within our company.
If your wondering what it is all about here’s a quick guide.

1. Someone breaks in and your alarm activates.

2. A signal is then sent to either a monitoring station or our own mobile phone.

3. We are then contacted and are on our way, police may be called if required.

4. We arrive at the premises, if in Wakefield within 20 minutes and maybe catch the criminal or we make the building secure and reset the alarm.

5. We leave a sheet or contact a member of staff to inform what has happened.
